It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words.  Our experience tells us that this is true.  We hope you are inspired by the photos we provide.  This gallery shows the two contrasting sides of Uganda - the difficult situation of poverty and war alongside the joy that Ugandans seem to find in life. 

It has also been said that if a picture is worth a thousand words, then an action is worth a thousand pictures.  Our many friends who have traveled to Uganda and shared these photos would agree.  There is nothing so rewarding as making a difference in the life of a child!
