ST KIZITO 2022-2023 ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS 

In January 2022, St. Kizito Catholic Primary School opened doors for enrolment of students for its first academic year. Since then, St.Kizito has been running from Standard 1 to 4.

Located in Chilomoni Township in the City of Blantyre under the Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Institute, St. Kizito’s educational standards are based on the UK standard model with a maximum class size of 30 students per class.

In preparation for the 2022-2023 academic year which will commence in September, the school is holding entrance examinations which will be written on Saturday  the 6th of August 2022 starting from 8:00 in the morning at its campus in Chilomoni.

Examinations are for those students who would like to enroll in standard 1,2,3,4 and 5 with a non-refundable entrance examination fee of Mk 5000 which is supposed to be sent in advance to First Capital Bank, Account name St Kizito & Carlo Acutis Schools, Account number 6707002392 . During the examination day, questions will be asked from subjects like Mathematics, Chichewa and English.

All the applicants are advised that when coming on the scheduled day they should come along with 2 passport size photos to go with the application form, proof of payment, reference letter from the previous school, reference letter from parish priest or pastor and writing materials which include pencil, pen and a ruler.

The tuition fee is Mk 225,000 per term which is allowed to be paid twice in installments. Hot meals which include breakfast and lunch is given inclusively from the amount paid for tuition fee.

School uniform at St. Kizito is Mk 52,500 00 where a student gets two pairs of trousers, two pairs of short sleeved shirts, one long sleeved jersey ,a waistcoat and a necktie. Girls have an option of choosing gim dresses or trousers

Matching up with the modern world, every classroom has a big plasma screen and every teacher has a laptop with free access to the internet for easy accessing of online modules. Music and French language are the extra curriculum modules that I offered.

The physical part of the students is well taken care of as the school also spares time for different sporting activities.

St. Kizito runs on Malawian curriculum which is under Malawi National Examination Board and students will be expected to be seated for Primary School Leaving Certificate in Standard 7.
